Countries Supported: We accept returns and exchanges from all countries.
Return Method: Returns must be made by mail.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping label.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted.

Order Cancellation
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- Cancellation within 24 hours: No charge, full refund.
- Cancellation after 24 hours: 50% of the item price will be charged. The remaining 50% of the item price, along with the shipping costs, will be refunded.
- Note: Custom products cannot be canceled once production has started.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch:
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it due to international logistics constraints.
For any cancellation requests, please contact us via email instead of private social chat. Thank you for your understanding.
Reasons Covered by Our Return/Exchange Policy (within 15 days of receipt)
- Incorrect item or color received.
- Damaged or defective item upon arrival.
- Incorrect size made by us.
- Missing parts in the package.
- Packages lost in transit after confirmation with the shipping company.
Reasons Not Covered by Our Return/Exchange Policy
- Custom-made items that were made according to incorrect size provided by the customer.
- Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products damaged or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in a timely manner.
- Returns or exchanges requested beyond 15 days after receipt.
Instructions for Processing a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our After-Sale Service:
First, please reach out to our after-sale service by email or submit a request here. We will review the issue and confirm the return details for you. Returns will not be accepted without prior consent from customer service.
2. Provide Evidence:
You must send supporting evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of the damaged or incorrect item) to help us process the claim.
3. Return the Items:
Buyers are responsible for returning items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery. Items must be returned at the buyer’s expense via registered mail with tracking.
4. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item in good condition.
Important Notes
- Allow for slight size variations: 1-2 inches for standard sizes and 1-3 inches for custom sizes due to manual measurement (1 inch = 2.54 cm, 1 cm = 0.39 inches).
- Our standard size chart is closely aligned with US sizes and the finished size of the costume. We recommend using this chart as a guide when choosing your size.
- If unsure about which size to choose, we suggest having someone assist with measurements and opting for a custom size if needed.
- Please note that color variations may occur due to different computer displays. The actual item may vary slightly from the images shown. Thank you for your understanding.
